Abstract
Earning an MBA hopefully creates better job prospects for those completing the degree, including the chance to pursue career opportunities outside the country in which the MBA was completed. This is true for students in all MBA programs, including those earning a US MBA degree in European Union (EU) nations. This study examines current and former Romanian students’ perceptions concerning how the MBAs they earned from Tiffin University, an private institution in the US has affected their ability to find a job outside of Romania. The study analyzes the students’ responses and compares their responses with past research in this area.
