Abstract
“I am Vincent E. Buggs, I am a brigadier general in the Army Reserve, and #IAmGeorgiaSouthern.” Georgia Southern holds a special place in the heart of alumnus Vincent Buggs. The class of 1990 graduate considers it an honor to have attended the university and is grateful for how his experiences shaped his career. He also enjoys returning to campus to visit with ROTC cadets and believes the future of the program is bright. His time at the university allowed him to develop leadership skills and understand the importance of selfless service. He has carried those lessons with him throughout his life and Army career, and he also carries his #TrueBlue pride wherever he goes.
