• On April 1, Kyle Marrero began his tenure as Georgia Southern University's 14th president. Join Dr. Marrero and his family on their exciting first day, and watch them tour the Statesboro, Armstrong and Liberty campuses — and a few special side trips. Along they way, they meet students, faculty, staff, mascots and community members. The Eagle Nation is excited to welcome Dr. Marrero and his family — and we look forward to his leadership and vision!
