Abstract

In an effort to better support each campus of Georgia Southern University, Parking and Transportation will implement a new system to disable vehicles that are in violation of parking rules and regulations. This is an alternative to us having to tow vehicles on campus. Unlocking the barnacle is a quick process for the removal and gives the customer the ability to pay and remove it at any time of the day.
