Abstract
For the Spring 2022 Commencement Ceremonies at Paulson Stadium on the Statesboro Campus, graduates and guests are encouraged to take advantage of shuttles to Paulson Stadium as limited parking is available at Paulson Stadium for each ceremony. All shuttles will take graduates and guests directly to the stadium.
All shuttles are equipped with a ramp and are able to accommodate wheelchairs and/or scooters.
Graduates and guests should plan for enough time to find parking to ensure they arrive at the ceremony on time.
Shuttles will run one hour before the ceremony and one hour following the ceremony from three parking locations on the Statesboro Campus.
The Recreation Activity Center most commonly referred to as the RAC, is located on Akins Boulevard. Graduates and guests may park in this lot and catch the shuttle at the shuttle stop on Akins Boulevard.
The Performing Arts Center, commonly known as “the PAC,” is located on Plant Drive. Graduates and guests may park in this lot and take the shuttle in front of the building.
The Russell Student Union is located on Georgia Avenue. For accurate GPS directions to the parking lot, use 400 Georgia Avenue rather than the address for the Student Union itself. Graduates and guests should park in this lot and take the shuttles located at the circle outside of the Student Union Starbucks, University Store and Tech Corner.
