Awesome Abs: A core workout that focuses on strengthening and toning the upper, middle, and lower abdomen. Workout time: 30 minutes. The workout includes 4 core exercises: 20 sec of work, 10 sec rest. Trainer Tip: Use a weight/ household cleaning supplies to increase the intensity of the core exercise.
