Abstract
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): A full-body fat burning workout that improves strength, burns calories, and helps build lean muscle. Workout Time: 30 minutes Trainer Tip: For Total Body HIIT, perform 3-4 rounds with 40 seconds of work for each exercise and 20 seconds rest in between each exercise.
