Abstract
Georgia Southern University College of Education's Richard Cleveland, Ph.D., associate professor of counselor education, introduces the concept of mindfulness and the benefits it can have on your mental and physical state. After defining mindfulness, Dr. Cleveland takes viewers on a five minute mindful exercise that they can replicate on a walk outside.
