The Effect of Sitting on Exercise Balls on Non-Specific Lower Back Pain and Core Endurance. Purpose: To determine if sitting on a stability ball for 90 minutes a day would increase core endurance and/or change low back pain (LBP) levels compared to sitting in a chair.
