Purpose

This Policy outlines clear and published procedures for handling written complaints received from students to ensure prompt resolution through a fair and consistent process. This policy, in accordance with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Principles of Accreditation (Section 12, Number 4), codifies the institution’s reasonable, fairly administered, and well publicized student complaint policies and procedures.
