Description of Lecture
Food insecurity plagues millions of Americans who are living with either low food security or very low food security. This issue complicates a family's ability to make wise food choices and lead healthy lifestyles, especially for children. The presenters discuss how the Budget Conscious Eating program (made possible by a faculty grant) assisted college students in overcoming food insecurity and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors.
