Abstract for the conference program
Let's go for a ride....bridging the curriculum together to teach all subjects through the construction of a roller coaster. The educational professionals will work together to reflect and collaborate to learn how to incorporate STEM into all lessons. The audience will build a tower through the use of creative and innovative items (toothpicks and marsh mellows). They will engage into some reflective thinking by reading and discussing a few articles that I have written. They will collaborative and review ways that Science, Math, Social Studies and English Language Arts are directly related to the skill presented.
