Full Session Description
Amplify Empathy is a workshop meant to engage providers, giving them an opportunity to explore their own empathy through dialogue and reflection. Participants will learn the basics about what empathy is and how it works. They will discover how to overcome the barriers to empathizing, practice mindful listening, and apply effective communication that can be translated into enhanced professional and personal relationships. Better relationships lead to better client outcomes.
