Full Session Description
Leading an early learning program is filled with highs and lows, celebrations and challenges. What happens though when the storm hits? How do you continue to lead effectively? In this session, participants will hear and share of the challenges overcome and the successes of leading a program through the stormiest time many of us have encountered. Especially important is to note what we learned and are all carrying with us having been in the storm.
