Full Session Description

This session will focus on the development and implementation of a strategic mentoring program that began for lead teachers in an early learning setting. Attendees of this session will hear how this plan was implemented from its inception including the communication with the lead teachers, the details of coordinating meetings, the purpose and outcomes of those sessions, how this related to the annual evaluation process, and how this mentoring arrangement shifted during the COVID pandemic.
