Brief Session Description
Fit to Fight®GA will be conducting an informative and interactive training session for attendees on how to survive an active shooter. Attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of the tools available to them should they become involved in an active shooter event. Discussions will be held on what to expect from public safety, what they may encounter should an active shooter enter their facility, implementation of the RUN/HIDE/FIGHT protocols, hardening their facility/work area, utilizing improvised weapons, and planning for the aftermath. Attendees will also participate in interactive training that will allow them to take part in learning lifesaving skills.
