Great leaders have a plan both for themselves and their organizations. Failing leaders and organizations have no plan - they try to get by each day and then do it all over again the following day. This "no plan" strategy makes it hard for one to measure success or achievement. A great leader's "plan" should include short-term and long-term goals that are specific, time bound, and attainable. In this workshop, participants will develop a plan for themselves and for an organization of which they are a member/leader.
