Abstract
In 1945 Indonesia declare it independence from the Netherlands which led to a 5 year conflict.During the Conflict within the Indonesian islands the primary supporter of the Dutch forces was the Mollucan population from the Mollucca Isles of Indonesia.The Mollucans also fought for Dutch during the Conflict.During.During the conflict the Dutch forces conducted colonial violence and massacres on Indonesian.After the Indonesians won the Conflict the Mollucan population were prosecuted for supporting which led to a refugee crisis for the Netherlands. Leading to Mollucans being nation less refugees in the Netherlands and led to terrorist actions by the Mollucans within the Netherlands for Dutch rights.And the Dutch government reacted to the actions with force and didn't officially recognized Mollucans within Netherlands as Dutch citizens till the 1980 status of Mollucca act established by the Dutch government to allow Mollucans easier access to Dutch citizenship and to receive Dutch rights.
