Purpose

Midterm Grades are an early indication of students’ academic progress during the semester. They are used for advising, intervention, and student success purposes and do not appear on students’ transcripts.

Faculty are required to submit Midterm Grades for all students who meet either of the following criteria:

  1. Their home campus is designated as Swainsboro, East Georgia-Statesboro, Liberty, or University College Online.

  2. They are dual-enrolled.
