Summary of Interview
Interview conducted by Jaclyn Grizell at the Athens-Clark County Police Headquarters in Athens, Georgia, on April 1, 2014. Jack served as Chief of the Athens-Clark County Police Department for 17 years. He also served at other police departments including Toccoa and Albany, Georgia.
