Background

In 2019 the Covid-19 virus took the world by storm. The virus shut down everyday life due to its high infection rate. When infected, people are supposed to quarantine themselves, so they do not spread the virus onto others. However, what if a person is a caretaker of a child? They must be able to monitor the child's symptoms without putting themselves at risk. The goal of this research was to design an embedded non-invasive system that will monitor symptoms in children who are infected with Covid-19.
