This session will address the mindset an effective leader needs to create a culture and climate for learning that maximizes achievement for all students. Participants will learn key behaviors and strategies they can use to establish a "learning mindset" that transcends all aspects of the school. Attendees will leave with ideas and concepts that they can immediately implement in their schools.
