Brief Program Description
Kids ages 8-18 spend an average of 7.5 hours a day. Think that's bad? Adults average 9+ hours a day. As if the statistics aren't enough, it's rare that we can walk into a restaurant or walk down the street without seeing faces buried in devices; that being said, technology is an integral part of our personal and professional lives. Come learn how to help our kids and families do a better job of balancing technology.
