Participants will discover how to help students learn at higher levels of cognitive demand and to be independent thinkers so they will achieve academically. The instructional practices shared in this presentation will help increase student engagement and rigor and will challenge learners at risk while fostering a supportive learning environment so that they meet high expectations and experience success.
