Description
This Amended Memorandum of Understanding ("Amended MOU") between the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia on behalf of Georgia Southern University (hereinafter also "University") and the Live Oak Public Library, Hinesville, (hereinafter also "Library") (hereinafter also, collectively, "the Parties") is entered on the date of the last signature below (hereinafter also the "Effective Date") and expires on January 2, 2025 unless renewed by the parties in writing. Its purpose is to improve the services to the communities we jointly serve.
