Abstract or Description
This paper presents a longitudinal analysis of two online survey method studies which describes how older adults’ internet usage has changed over a decade. The objectives of this study are to (1) empirically test Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for older adults group, (2) to examine physical and psychological variables to better understand older adults’ behavior, and (3) to compare the critical factors of TAM in two data sets collected ten years apart and how they are different overtime.
