Purpose

Employee Resource Groups, hereinafter referred to as ERG(s), promote Georgia Southern University’s Strategic Plan and contribute to the University’s vision by fostering an environment where employees can “grow themselves to grow others” and pushes the Georgia Southern community closer to its goals around Inclusive Excellence.
