Description

The cultural perception of the American Cowboy is a white male. Historical data indicates the majority of cowboys were comprised of BIPOC. This study analyzed the demographic data of performers in IMDB's Top 100 Western Movies of All Time. The data collected suggests Hollywood casting can affect cultural perception.
