Description
Extended metal atom chain complexes (EMAC) of iron are difficult to achieve. However, two ligands were found to stabilize triiron complexes in previous research. This project focused on creating more ligands that could stabilize similar iron complexes. These compounds were purified through Sublimation with larger percent yields compared to previous research that used column chromatography.
