Abstract
This thesis gives an overall view and explanation of the consulting-based project I worked on partially with another Honors student. I will be conducting a social media audit on the company Jonny Boy Cookies (formerly Big Boy Cookies) two most popular platforms to find trends in posting and engagement that one would not easily see. I plan to give this information to Jonny Boy Cookies to increase their efficiency in growing their online consumer base and engagement. Utilizing Jonny Boy’s social media will help their business by creating more engagement with their target market and aid in growing their consumer base. I will be able to gain real world experience with digital media and marketing, as well as utilizing data analytics to find patterns on their existing platforms.
