Abstract

The principles of Continuous Improvement allow for sweeping innovations to be implemented in more areas than just manufacturing and distribution. This project details the highlights of an extensive process improvement within a business office of Gulfstream Aerospace’s Product Support and belongs to the New Business Development group. The process was analyzed using process improvement and project management techniques to identify an “ideal state” and implement a “future state”. This implementation is expected to extensively reduce man hours, eliminate confusion, and make for a higher quality result.
