Abstract
The purpose of this Training and Development Packet (TDP) is to explicate the concept of conflict management and gender communication in the workplace. This TDP enforces the notion that communication is multidimensional thus necessary to comprehend various types of communication such as interpersonal communication, conflict communication, and gender communication to aid in creating more effective conflict management strategies. The goal of this TDP is to recognize the need to understand complexities of human communication and to ultimately cultivate a conducive environment that enriches the organizational culture and productivity.
