Abstract or Description
Presented at University System of Georgia Teaching and Learning Conference.
The public health workforce hinges upon the efficacy of educational experiences offered within higher education. To enhance collaborative learning the authors developed a pedagogical approach designed to support public health education: A.D.O.P.T. The purpose of this session is to share with participants the characteristics of the model. A.D.O.P.T. is supported by five modalities: Activity, Discussion, Objectives, Presentation, and Transition. Evaluative data support our beliefs that this model will enhance collaborative thinking.
