Program Abstract
Service learning and community engagement are fully integrated into our college’s four year model for educating and developing principled leaders. For this poster we will use qualitative and quantitative data from summer of 2015 and fall of 2016 to exhibit factors that encourage students to successfully learn to lead by serving. Replicable programs to engage undergraduates in a developmental progression of serving and leading service will be showcase
