Abstract

Many nursing programs utilize a framework to guide the development of their curriculum. Adopting a new framework many pose many benefits and challenges. This paper discusses some of the pros and cons of the process. A graduate nursing program considered adopting, The Person-centred Practice Framework, into their graduate Nursing executive specialty track. The process of this will be shared with includes some unforeseen considerations for faculty.
