Abstract

Infection prevention is everyone’s responsibility. The pandemic clearly showed us infection prevention knowledge and practice gaps across the nation. Georgia Project Firstline partnered with the CDC to address frontline healthcare worker’s infection prevention learning needs. CDC approved training is accessible on the CDC’s website and it is designed with bite-sized infection prevention education for staff on the go. Georgia Department of Public Health and Georgia Hospital Association collaborated to increase infection prevention knowledge in Georgia . Learn what free infection prevention resources are available to health department nurses and MPH.
