Using Coaching to Accelerate Implementation of MTSS
Presentation Abstract
Using Jim McKnight’s coaching cycle, the presenters will show how coaching can enhance the implementation of MTSS and increase the speed of implementation. The focus will be on scheduling sessions for targeted coaching. In addition, questioning techniques to help districts uncover their own solutions to problems will be reviewed. The information connects to the conference theme of the whole child because implementation of MTSS includes all services and resources available to support the whole child.
