Brief Biography
Chris Williams has been at Newton High School since 2010. Her role on the NHS PBIS Team is RAMbassdorS Advisor. She has served as the Science Department Chair for 3 years and has been a PBIS Team Member for 3 years. She was recently voted the 2014 Newton High School Teacher of the Year.
Andre Byrd has been at Newton High School since 2009. He currently serves as the PBIS Coach and RAMbassdorS Advisor for NHS. Additionally, he is a Special Educator in the Science Department and the reigning 2014 2-AAAAAA Baseball Region Coach of the Year.
Adrienne Boisson has been the NHS Graduation Coach since 2012. Her roles on the NHS PBIS Team are the Communications Liaison and RAMbassdorS Advisor. She is a former Math teacher and was voted 2009 Teacher of the Year at NHS.

Presentation Abstract
The goal of this presentation is to help high school teachers feel less overwhelmed with the idea of implementing PBIS in their daily routine:
- By clearly delineating the PBIS initiative, a definition of what PBIS is and what PBIS isn’t, how PBIS can impact your school culture, and the importance of data sharing
- By offering a step-by-step guide of what it looks like to implement PBIS in your classroom on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- By providing PBIS resources, strategies, and examples of PBIS best practices utilized at NHS
