In this presentation, we will provide an introduction to the structure, purpose, and value of the new National School Library Standards. The new standards are designed to guide interactions with learners, educators, and stakeholders, and help school librarians engage in deep, effective professional practice. We will explain how to use the various components of the Standard’s framework to tailor the standards to meet the unique needs of your learning community.
