Abstract
The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine the experiences of high school principals implementing one-to-one technology initiatives. Four high school principals experienced in implementing one-to-one technology were interviewed using an interview protocol developed using the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) National Educational Technology Standards for Administrators (NETS-A) for technology integration. The interviews provided insight into the principals’ skills and knowledge utilized in effectively implementing one-to-one technology. Interview data was analyzed to determine if themes emerge from all of the participants.
