The Early Learning Conference of Coastal Georgia (ELC) is dedicated to advancing the quality of early childhood education in the coastal region of Georgia and the surrounding area. Previously known as the Southern Conference on Children (SCOC), this conference brings childcare providers, educators, and administrators together to explore innovative practices, create space for collaboration, and enhance the quality of early learning programs. Through dynamic workshops, expert-led sessions, and interactive discussions, participants will discover actionable strategies to foster child development, support families, and promote best practices in the field.
