Nov. 8th is First Generation College Students Day. Dominique Quarles, Ph.D., is the Associate Vice President for Inclusive Excellence and Chief Diversity Officer for Georgia Southern University. He is the first person in his family to go to college, and is now a mentor for students in a similar position.
