Catalog Description
This course will be placed on the measurement error of the covariates in survival data. Common methods for measurement error of the covariates in linear, nonlinear (including survival) models will be introduced. They are regression calibration, simulation extrapolation, score function methods, Bayesian methods, etc. The students will learn how to use R language to setup survival dataset and perform analysis for survival data with measurement error.
