Catalog Description
Course examines multiple issues that are important for health care administrators’ understanding. Topics include insurance, professional development, healthcare reform proposals, scenario planning, environmental health, healthcare construction, physician relationships, and infection control. The goal of this course is to provide basic coverage of the numerous issues facing healthcare administrators in today’s environment and to provide guidance on professional development in preparation for entering and succeeding in the field of healthcare administration.
