Spiritual Trauma in Vulnerable Communities: Advocacy for Inclusive Healing Strategies
Conference Strand
Social Change, Leadership, and Advocacy
Abstract
In a continuation of the powerful Counseling Roundtable held at the last convening of the NCCEC, the conference planning committee welcomes all to join the conversation. We must continue to strive for the ethical and best practices of the Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling Competencies and the need to integrate these practices in counseling education, community-based clinical practice, school counseling and organizational consultation. This Counseling Roundtable Part II will open a space for building community across cultural and human differences and promote the call for decisive and strategic wokeness, social justice, and change!
