Presenter Biography
Tiffany Wells is a soon-to-be honors graduate who majored in Writing and Linguistics at Georgia Southern University. They were recently nominated for AWP Intro to Journal Awards at the university level in fiction and poetry. She has a love for writing that has only grown during her time at Georgia Southern and she plans to keep on writing. They hope to be able to pursue further education in the future but currently plan on taking time off from school to write, work, and spend time with their cat, Sprout. Notes and Artist's Statement
Artist Statement:
A friend once told me that my pieces often left them thinking about something. This is something I aim to do with my pieces because I want my audience to feel emotions and gain a different perspective. However, I would not be here with the Georgia Southern writing community so my thanks go all to all of you. I’ve grown over these past four years and have learned so much.
Writing is a journey that allows us to learn and grow. It is a skill that everyone needs, and I am confident that I have those skills. I do not have any regrets and I have the best wishes for everyone.
