Abstract

  • When we think of February, most people think of Valentine's Day, but February is also American Heart Month. Health Services and Eagle Dining Services held the 2nd Annual Valentine's Day Heart-Healthy Cooking Demo on Feb. 14. Chefs Michael Price and Anthony Fiveash showed students how to create their own heart healthy dishes and students enjoyed a delicious meal.
