Abstract

  • While February brings to mind Valentine's Day, let's not forget it's also American Heart Month. Health Services in conjunction with Eagle Dining Services put on a heart-healthy cooking demonstration led by Executive Chef, Michael Price. Participants learned how to put together a delicious, healthy meal and enjoyed a taste of each course along the way!
