Abstract
- The food we waste has a real impact on the world we live in. Eagle Dining is striving to change the way you see food waste by highlighting our favorite ways to practice portion control. Hungry for Change is a pilot program designed to help educate students and staff on how portion sizes impact dining sustainability.
