Abstract
The landscape for higher education is changing rapidly. Eric Hoover discusses demographic shifts in students as white affluent high school graduates are declining and students from low-income families are increasing in his Jan 19, 2014 article in The Chronicle of Higher Education. There are also declines in traditional-aged college students (Berrett, 2014). These changes introduced more stress to the survival of four year colleges and universities.
